Policy status

This website does not currently include analytics, advertising trackers, or account access. The contact form collects information needed to review and respond to a request.

Contact request information

A contact submission may include your name, business contact details, restaurant location count, an optional message, your permission to respond, and source or campaign information associated with the page visit.

Limited technical data may also be processed to protect the form from spam and abuse. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored with the lead; a keyed, one-way identifier may be used for rate limiting.

How the information is used

Demo request information is used to respond to your request, request administration, security, and abuse prevention. Azure services are used to process and store the request, including Table Storage and Communication Services Email. Public demo requests are intended to notify hello@atarvi.com, an alias of ATARVI's Google Workspace mailbox. An acknowledgment may be sent to your email address. Replying to it reaches that same ATARVI inbox. Submission does not subscribe you to campaigns or create an application account.

Retention and review

The current implementation has no automatic retention or deletion job. Stored requests and copies in notification mailboxes require an operator-managed deletion process. A retention process. Questions about retention or deletion can be sent to the privacy contact below.
